Chang'e Weng is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and process engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in Product Management at Lam Research since January 2022, Chang'e is also an active member of the Technical Program Committee for the CS MANTECH Conference since June 2019. Previous roles include Staff Process Engineer at Qorvo, Inc. from July 2013 to December 2021, and Process Engineer positions at TriQuint Semiconductor and Intel Corporation. Chang'e holds a Ph.D. in Materials Chemistry from Arizona State University, a Master of Science in Computational Chemistry from the University of Guelph, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Nankai University.
