Charles, Ping-Chuan Ko is a skilled field process engineer currently employed at 科林研發 since September 2024, where significant contributions include leading the introduction of advanced electroplating technology and optimizing equipment performance for N2 process nodes. Previously, at ASM from September 2022 to September 2024, Charles provided onsite support to Japan Micron R&D, achieving considerable reductions in processing time, maintenance cycles, and overhead.
