Chen Li

Chen Li is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in process engineering and plasma physics. Chen began a career at Lam Research in October 2019 as a Process Engineer and advanced to the role of Senior Process Engineer in February 2022. Key contributions include conducting process demonstrations for high-aspect-ratio SiO/SiN layer memory hole and slit etches and delivering customized solutions that adhere to stringent customer specifications. Prior experiences include serving as a Teaching Assistant, Laboratory Manager, Research Assistant, and Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Maryland, where Chen led significant research in cryogenic systems and plasma etching, collaborating with renowned industry leaders. Chen holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of Science and Technology of China and a PhD in Plasma Physics from the University of Maryland College Park.
