Cindy Chen

Cindy Chen is a Process Engineer at Lam Research, specializing in ALD Metals. They previously served as a Process Engineering Intern at Qorvo, Inc., where they qualified photolithography tools and developed new processes for GaN wafer production. Cindy conducted research as a Graduate Research Assistant at Penn State University, focusing on 2D semiconductors and ALD dielectrics. They also gained research experience at Cornell University as an Undergraduate Researcher, synthesizing inorganic colloidal nanoparticles. Cindy holds a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from Penn State University and a B.S. in the same field from Cornell University.
