Eric Ee Long Peh is a seasoned professional in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as a Senior Field Process Manager at Lam Research since August 2014, where responsibilities include delivering advanced 3D NAND etch solutions. Previous roles at Lam Research also included Field Process Manager and Senior Field Process Site Manager, focusing on etch and deposition processes. Prior to this, Eric held a Program Leader position at A-STAR, leading research on non-volatile memory technologies and their integration into CMOS processes. Eric's career began at Hewlett Packard as a Technical Specialist, and includes significant experience in process engineering at Gul Technologies and as a Principal Process Engineer. Eric holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Queensland University of Technology and a diploma from Singapore Polytechnic.
