Fred Stephenson

Fred Stephenson is an experienced program manager at Lam Research since July 2013, focusing on enhancing the Root Cause Corrective Action program for Global Operations. Previously, Fred served as a Supplier Engineer, managing customer escalations and employing innovative methods to utilize offshore resources for better efficiency. Prior to Lam Research, Fred worked at Novellus Systems as a Supplier Quality Engineer, serving as the primary contact for the PECVD business unit and participating in the introduction of several key products. Fred's career began at Planar Systems as a Manufacturing Engineer, and included an internship at Interlogix. Fred holds a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from San José State University, a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Oregon State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Science from George Fox University.
