John Pipitone is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in RF engineering, currently serving as a Senior Member of the Technical Staff at Lam Research since September 2013. In this role, John specializes in the design of high power RF delivery systems for active plasma chambers, focusing on impedance matching networks, high power RF filtering, and the control of RF cross modulation products to enhance etch rate and uniformity. Prior to Lam Research, John held positions at TRUMPF North America, Advanced Energy, COMET Technologies USA, and Applied Materials, where responsibilities included RF engineering and R&D management.
