John Rich

John Rich is an experienced master scheduler with a significant background in demand optimization and customer order management. Currently, John holds the position of Master Scheduler at Lam Research since February 2021. Previously, John served as Master Scheduling Manager at Infinera Corporation, where responsibilities included scheduling customer orders and managing product order numbers, achieving substantial revenue growth. Prior experience includes leading the Customer Demand Optimization Team at IBM/Hitachi GST, focusing on forecasting and production planning for HDD products, as well as roles in sales management and military service in the US Navy. John holds a BA in Business Administration with a focus on Asian Studies from the University of Maryland and an AA in Business Administration from Orange Coast College.
