Junmo Kang

Junmo Kang is currently a Staff Process Engineer at Lam Research, focused on high aspect ratio dielectric etch processes. Previously, they worked as a Process Engineer 4 and 3 at Lam Research, where they developed cryogenic-temperature etching for 3D NAND flash memory and contributed to high aspect ratio etch projects. Junmo held postdoctoral fellowships at Northwestern University and Sungkyunkwan University, leading research teams and resulting in multiple peer-reviewed publications. Their academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Nanotechnology and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, both from Sungkyunkwan University.
