Lidia Vereen

Lidia Vereen is an experienced professional in the semiconductor and materials science industries, currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Lam Research since October 2017, overseeing specialty technology applications for dielectric deposition and strip. Prior roles include Director of Technology Transfer at Crocus Technology, where responsibilities involved program management and vendor relationship management, and Director of Process Engineering at Unity Semiconductor (Rambus), managing a process team and engaging in technical and commercial discussions with industry leaders. Lidia's extensive background at Applied Materials includes roles such as Business Manager/Technical Marketing Manager, where project management and customer engagement were key, as well as leading process engineering initiatives. Earlier research experience at the Max Planck Institute for Solid State Research focused on fullerene crystalline growth. Lidia holds a Master of Science in Materials Science from Trinity College Dublin and a Bachelor of Arts in Molecular Biology with Biophysics Emphasis from the University of California, Berkeley.
