Liguo Chen

Liguo Chen is an experienced engineer and researcher with a solid background in mechanical engineering and materials science. Liguo's professional journey includes significant roles at Global Engineering & Materials, Inc. as a Senior Research Scientist, where CFD and FEA solutions for fire structure interactions were developed, and at GCL Solar Materials US as a Senior Engineer, contributing to the design and operation of silane fluidized bed reactors for polysilicon production. Liguo advanced to roles at Lumetech North America Corporation and Nexcel Electronic Technology Inc., focusing on single crystal silicon growth and thermal analysis, followed by a current position as a Mechanical Engineer 5 at Lam Research, emphasizing thermal design and optimization.
