Malhar Malushte

Malhar Malushte has a diverse background in engineering, with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai and a Master of Technology in Thermal and Fluid Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka. Following this, Malhar pursued a PhD in Combustion at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, where engagement included roles as a Research Scholar and Senior Researcher. Professional experience includes an internship at Bosch India focusing on waste heat recovery and heat transfer equipment design, a Graduate Engineering Trainee position at Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Limited, and currently serving as Program Lead at Lam Research since July 2025. Malhar also held the position of Engineering Lead at Metal Power Analytical Pvt. Ltd. from January 2022 to June 2025.
