Mei Shi Lua

Mei Shi Lua is the SG HR Shared Services Lead at Lam Research, a position held since 2022. With 6.5 years of experience in HR, Mei started in the HRBP team, where they gained expertise in various HR functions over 4.5 years. In 2021, they transitioned to the newly established Asia HR Shared Services team and played a key role in training new members and advising on daily operations. Currently, Mei manages the Singapore HRSS team and leads multiple projects aimed at enhancing efficiency in HR operations. Mei holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Human Resource Management from Murdoch University.
