Melissa Marks

Melissa Marks is a global leader in Employee and Labor Relations with extensive expertise in employment law and engagement. With a J.D. from Northwestern School of Law and a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Melissa has held significant HR roles, including HR Manager at Intel Corporation and currently serves as the Global Employee Relations leader at Lam Research. Previously, Melissa worked as an Investigator for the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries and as a Compliance Officer for the U.S. Department of Labor. At Nike, Melissa held several positions, culminating as Employee Relations Director, where they enhanced global ER services and processes.
