Michael Leonard

Michael Leonard is currently the Senior Director of Manufacturing at Lam Research, a position they have held since 2022. They previously amassed extensive experience in various roles at Lam Research from 2004 to 2005, including Program Manager and Engineering Manager. In addition to their corporate experience, Michael served in the U.S. Navy, where they held multiple leadership positions, including Commanding Officer of the Navy Customs Battalion TANGO and Officer of the Deck on the USS Kamehameha. Michael earned an MBA from the University of Rhode Island and a BA in Physics from Hendrix College.
