MinCheat Chuah is an experienced professional with a background in industrial engineering and productivity performance management. MinCheat began working as an Industrial Engineer at Flextronics from January 2011 to September 2013, followed by a role at OSRAM until July 2014. MinCheat then returned to Flex from August 2014 to October 2016. From March 2018 to May 2021, MinCheat served as a Senior Engineer in Productivity Performance Management at Infineon Technologies. Currently, MinCheat is the Founder and Organizing Consultant at Organize with MC since August 2022 and also holds the position of Senior Capacity Planning Scheduler/Master Scheduler at Lam Research since August 2021.
