永祥 张 is currently the Site Operations Manager at Lam Research, where they oversee site operations, including manpower planning and KPI accountability. Previously, they held various roles at Lam Research, including Regional Product Support and Field Service Supervisor, focusing on technical support and team training. Prior to this, they worked at Marketech International Corporation as a Customer Service Engineer, responsible for on-site installations and customer training. 永祥 張 earned a Bachelor’s degree in Automation Engineering Technology from Chongqing University in 2001.
