祖弘 林 holds a master's degree in Applied Mechanics Engineering from National Taiwan University, where they gained a strong foundation in both theoretical and practical aspects of solid mechanics and semiconductor technology while also serving as a student representative. They have worked as an application engineer at ASML and KLA-Tencor, where they supported various technology nodes for TSMC, managed customer relationships, and led significant productivity enhancements. Currently, they serve as an Account Manager at 科林研發, continuing to expand their expertise in the semiconductor industry and focusing on optimizing yield and productivity through innovative solutions.
