Rob Carter

Rob Carter has extensive experience in human resources, primarily within technology and manufacturing sectors. At Lam Research, Rob served as Managing Director, HRBP, supporting the COO and associated functions, and previously held the role of Sr. Director, HRBP, where Rob established a new workforce planning function. Prior experience at Hewlett Packard Enterprise included roles as Sr. Director, HR Business Partner, and Director of Talent Management, focusing on strategy support and talent development initiatives. Rob began a career in HR at HP, contributing to talent process design and management, and has also held internships at General Electric and Sitel. Rob Carter holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University and a B.S. in Business Management from Brigham Young University.
