Rohit Dey

Rohit Dey is a Senior Engineering Manager at Lam Research, where responsibilities include the design and development of advanced thin film deposition systems for semiconductor chip fabrication since August 2015. Prior experience includes serving as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Applied Materials, focusing on the PECVD reactor design that significantly improved solar cell passivation platform efficiency, and as a Graduate Researcher at UCLA, working on RFID middleware for asset management and real-time location systems.
