Ron Dyer

Ron Dyer is currently a Systems Engineer 5 at Lam Research, where they have worked since 2000, contributing significantly in various roles, including Staff Product Engineer and Technical Instructor. Ron has developed troubleshooting guides and utilities for PECVD platforms and has been involved in the startup of advanced semiconductor systems. Prior to Lam Research, Ron served in the US Navy as a Chief Petty Officer in the Submarine Force, earning multiple awards for their service. They also spent time as an RF Technician at Sony Electronics, where they played a key role in cellular phone diagnostics.
