Scott E. is a seasoned information security leader currently serving as the Managing Director and Deputy CISO at Lam Research, where they oversee governance, risk management, security operations, and engineering. With a rich background that includes roles at Mandiant, Illumina, and Google, Scott has demonstrated expertise in building security programs and leading teams to improve organizational security posture. Scott has also contributed to academia as an adjunct faculty member at San Francisco State University while pursuing a BS in Journalism and an MS in Information Systems.
