Seongjun Heo

Seongjun Heo is currently the Process Engineering Director at Lam Research, bringing 16 years of extensive experience in semiconductor fabrication and R&D, specifically in plasma etch processes and reactor development. Previously, Seongjun held various roles at Lam Research, including Staff Process Engineer and Senior Engineering Manager, where they contributed to innovative projects for tier-1 clients and enhanced process development in next-generation technologies. Seongjun's career began at Samsung Semiconductor as a Research Engineer, focusing on advanced materials for DRAM and logic applications. They are pursuing a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science and Engineering at Hanyang University, having earned a Ph.D. in Materials Science from the University of Florida.
