Sol Kim

Sol Kim is currently a Field Process Engineer at Lam Research, having previously held positions as a Senior Process Engineer at ASM and an Undergraduate Intern at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. They earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Surface Chemistry and Polymer Science from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, where they also served as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant. Prior to their doctoral studies, Sol was an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Korea Institute of Ceramic Engineering and Technology, contributing to advancements in chemical vapor deposition and synthesis methods. Their academic journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Sungshin Women's University.
