Stephan Hoffmann

Stephan Hoffmann is an experienced professional in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as the Director of Applications at Lam Research since June 2005, focusing on spin clean applications and single wafer clean process development. Previously at Lam Research, Stephan held the position of Engineering Manager, responsible for new product development and clean application innovations. Prior academic experience includes working as a Graduate Researcher at the University of California from August 1999 to June 2005 and as a Research Associate at the University of Hawaii at Manoa in 1998-1999. Education includes a PhD and MS in Chemistry from the University of California, Riverside, and a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
