Terry Chen

Terry Chen is a Supply Chain Director and Strategic Cooperation Director at Lam Research, bringing over 20 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. Their career includes expertise in materials engineering, process development, equipment procurement, and global supply chain management. Previously, Terry served as an R&D Program Manager at Maxim Integrated and has led teams to implement high-performance solutions, achieving significant cost savings and efficiency improvements. Currently, Terry is pursuing a Master's degree in Materials Science at the Bren School of Environmental Science & Management at the University of California, Santa Barbara.
