Udit Kumar

Udit Kumar is an accomplished materials science professional with extensive experience in process engineering and research within the semiconductor and nanomanufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Process Engineer 3 at Lam Research, Udit specializes in dry EUV photoresist CVD processes and reactive-ion etching. Prior experience includes working as a Research Scholar at the SRC Research Scholars Program, focusing on ALD nanomanufacturing challenges, and contributing to research on nano biomaterials and rapid ALD methods at the University of Central Florida. Udit also has experience as a Teaching Assistant and has held positions at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited. Udit holds a PhD in Materials Science from the University of Central Florida and a Master's degree in Metallurgical Engineering and Materials Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
