Victor Wang

Victor Wang is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry. Currently serving as the Managing Director of Engineering at Lam Research since April 2024, Victor previously held the position of VP of Engineering at Applied Materials from August 2021 to April 2024. Victor's career at Lam Research began in October 2005, where the journey started as a Managing Director of Engineering and included a decade-long role as Sr. Engineering Manager from October 1995 to September 2005. Victor holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, earned between 1989 and 1994.
