William Kincaid is a well-rounded, technically oriented leader and supply chain and operations expert with a background in semiconductor fabrication equipment and a history as a submariner. Kincaid has successfully driven supply chain cost reduction programs and managed manufacturing operations, notably during their tenure at Lam Research, where they led a program that enabled over $100M in supply chain capacity investments. They served as a Nuclear Submarine Officer in the US Navy, contributing to high-level planning and tactical support for senior leaders.
