Winnie Lim

Winnie Lim is a seasoned supply chain professional with extensive experience in operations management and inventory control. Currently serving as a Supply Chain Operations Manager at Lam Research since February 2021, Winnie manages material shortages and facilitates cross-functional discussions. Prior to this role, Winnie spent over 16 years at Dell EMC, advancing through positions such as Senior Manager for Inventory Management, Material Manager II, and Material Manager I, where responsibilities included managing large teams across various locations, driving inventory accuracy, and improving supply chain processes. Winnie began the career at Agilent Technologies, initially as a Local Supply Chain Analyst and later as a Supply Chain Planner, focusing on system enhancements and demand collaboration. Winnie holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universiti Utara Malaysia and furthered education at Veritas University College.
