Xiaolan

Xiaolan Ba is a Senior Manager at Lam Research, where they have been advancing since 2022, after previously serving as a Staff Process Engineer and Senior Technical Staff. They began their career at Applied Materials as a Process Engineer from 2011 to 2014 and had a brief tenure as a Postdoctoral researcher at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory in 2011. Xiaolan earned a BS in Material Science and Engineering from Tongji University, followed by an MS in Polymer Science from the same institution, and completed a Ph.D. in Materials Science at Stony Brook University.
