Ya-Ming Chen

Ya-Ming (Archie) Chen is a seasoned Senior Process Engineer at Lam Research since January 2023, with prior experience as a Process Engineer at Tokyo Electron US. As a PhD candidate at the University of Houston, Ya-Ming conducted research in the Plasma Processing Laboratory under Dr. Vincent M, culminating in a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering. Ya-Ming has held leadership roles including Vice President of Finance and Digital Operations at the Consulting Club at the Texas Medical Center, where digital marketing strategies and website enhancements led to significant membership growth and increased engagement. Additional experience includes contributions to the Taipei City Government as an Associate Buyer and internships at RGP and National Taiwan University, showcasing a diverse skill set in procurement, market research, and nanotechnology.
