Yang Pan

Yang Pan is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry. Currently serving as Corporate Vice President of Advanced Technology Development and Chief Technology Officer of the Global Product Group at Lam Research since December 2003, Yang Pan has also held the position of Vice President and General Manager of China Operations. Prior to this role, Yang Pan worked at Chartered Semiconductor from 1994 to July 2003, where responsibilities included Vice President and General Manager of SMP, along with roles as Device Engineering Manager, Process Integration Manager in R&D, and Operations VP for Fab 1 and Fab 3. Yang Pan holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Delft University of Technology, obtained between 1987 and 1992.
