Younghee Lee

Younghee Lee is an accomplished Process Engineer at Lam Research since April 2018, with extensive experience in the field of chemistry and materials science. Prior to this role, Younghee served as a Research Associate and Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Colorado Boulder, focusing on advancements in thermal Atomic Layer Etching (ALE) for various materials, including titanium nitride and metal oxides. Younghee also has experience as a Senior Research Engineer at LG Electronics, contributing to the development of printed electronics for photovoltaics, and as a Research Engineer at UP Chemical Co., Ltd., where the focus was on developing new ALD/CVD precursors for high-k dielectrics. Younghee holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Colorado Boulder, as well as a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Inorganic Chemistry and Chemistry, respectively, from Seoul National University.
