Patrick Hardin

Patrick Hardin is the Vice President of Finance at LJC, where they provide strategic financial leadership and oversee budgeting and financial reporting across all business units. With over a decade of diverse experience, Patrick has previously held roles including Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Watlow, and various financial positions at Monsanto and Mississippi Lime Company. They earned a Master of Business Administration from Washington University and hold dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Finance from Truman State University. Patrick's focus on financial strategy and team development continues to drive organizational success.
