Michael Wright

Michael Wright, M.S.IOP, is the Director of Safety and Training at Lamart Corporation, where they focus on developing others and providing learning opportunities. With extensive experience in the utility industry and manufacturing, Michael has held various roles in leadership, employee development, and industrial safety. They possess a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and Communication and a Master of Science in IO Psychology. Prior to their current position, Michael worked in multiple capacities at companies including Entergy and Con Edison, and served in the US Navy and Army National Guard.
