Jane Peringer

Jane Peringer is an experienced professional in benefits management with a strong background in designing and implementing health and welfare plans. Currently serving as the COE and Manager of Benefits at Lamb Weston, Inc. since October 2020, Jane is responsible for aligning benefit offerings with organizational strategies to attract top talent. Prior to this role, Jane held various positions including Benefits Manager at Employers Resource, where oversight was given to benefit programs for over 800 clients and 14,000 co-employees, and Director of Total Rewards at WesleyLife, focusing on compensation and employee wellness initiatives. Previous experience also includes roles at DST Systems, Sprint, and The Merchants Bank, providing extensive benefits administration and strategic direction throughout a career spanning more than three decades. Jane holds a Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) designation and a BBA in Business Marketing and Management from Northwood University.
