John Cole

John Cole is a retired veteran of the U.S. Navy, where they served as a Machinist Mate from 1978 to 1998, leading a division and managing mechanical quality assurance. Following their military career, John worked at Lamb Weston from 2012 to 2018 as a Senior Process Safety Manager, overseeing the OSHA Process Safety Management Program, and held various roles including Refrigeration Technician and Boiler and Refrigeration Lead. Prior to their time at Lamb Weston, John was a Boiler and Refrigeration Operator at National Frozen Foods from 2001 to 2006.
