Matthew Fields

Matthew Fields has a diverse professional background in finance and credit, currently serving in a corporate credit role at Lamb Weston since December 2021. Prior to this position, Matthew accumulated significant experience at the New Jersey Economic Development Authority, where roles included Manager of Finance and Incentive Operations, Senior Venture Capital Analyst, and Program Finance Officer for the Energy Resilience Bank, among others, from December 2013 to December 2021. Earlier in Matthew's career, from May 2010 to July 2013, valuable experience was gained at Bank of America as a Small Business Credit Analyst and Senior Wire Fraud Analyst. Matthew holds a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and International Business from the University of Delaware and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from McDaniel College.
