Yoani Suarez

Yoani Suarez is a Civil Engineering graduate from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, holding a Bachelor's degree earned between 2019 and 2023. Currently serving as a Field Technician (On-Call) and Civil Engineering Intern at GeoEngineers Inc. since May 2023, Yoani is responsible for monitoring field explorations and construction projects, as well as documenting field conditions. In addition to this role, Yoani has significant leadership experience within Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., having served as Chapter President, member of the International Board of Directors, Risk Manager, and Recruitment Chairman. Previously, Yoani managed a retail store at Metro by T-Mobile from September 2017 to March 2023, and held the position of Vice President of Recruitment for the North American Interfraternity Conference from December 2021 to December 2022.
