Erika Sabattini

Erika Sabattini is a skilled professional with extensive experience in customer success and design. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Lambda Factor since June 2024, Erika collaborates with customers to develop roadmaps that align with their goals. Previously, Erika held the position of Customer Success Manager at NZR Retail & Branding Agency from March 2025 to July 2025, where the focus was on enhancing customer experience and retention. Prior to that, Erika worked as a Designer Consultant at STUDIO57 from January 2019 to June 2024, specializing in information architecture, prototyping, and product design.
