Lambda was founded in 1997 to provide services to Small and Medium sized enterprises that needed world class business advisory services, but wanted a close relationship with the partners involved. Our niche has been offering the same level of service as major firms, but with a personal and intimate attention, focused on building a long term relationship with our clients.

The bases of our Differentiation

OUT OF THE BOX THINKING – Starting form a solid understanding of our client’s industry, our directors always strive to find the most creative solutions possible, leveraging experiences and adapting models from different industries.
RIGOR AND PRAGMATISM – Our analyses are conducted with rigor using the best information available in each case. We make sure that our recommendations are viable and lever all value-creating opportunities for our clients
SENIORITY AND INTIMACY – Each one of our clients is personally served by one or more of our Directors, who are directly responsible for the engagement. Our objective is to become a trusted partner along our client’s transformation path.
END-TO-END SUPPORT – Our services go beyond plans and recommendations. Our Directors stay involved with the client to mobilize and govern the implementation programs in order to achieve the expected value and minimize business/technical risks
AFFINITY WITH SMALL BUSINESSES– Our Principals all worked for large corporations yet understand how family businesses work.

One of our key differentiators is being able to support clients through implementation and execution of our recommendations. We don't sell bullet points, we sell solutions. Our partners direct the work, not just sell the engagement.

Lambda covers many areas with a specific strengths for those looking to expand into Global Markets or become more competitive.

During the last 20 years we have supported clients from the most diverse industries in Latin America, and more recently in North America and Europe.

Our range of experience covers from startups to Fortune 500 companies.

We have clients that have been calling us for support for nearly 20 years. A typical relationship with a client lasts over five years, a period during which we can learn much about the client and the business and add much value over time. This also speaks about the level of personalized service we offer and the amount of "call backs" we receive.
