Justas Valciukas

Justas Valciukas currently serves as the Talent & GTM Lead at Lambda League, where they work to enhance technical recruiting through a data-driven platform. They have also taken on the role of Director of Supply Chain Strategy and Talent at Rare Earth Exchanges. Previously, Justas led community education initiatives and logistics for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and gained experience as a Global Tech Consultant at Tardis Group, scaling tech teams across the U.S. and Europe. Justas's early career included customer relations at the Residence Inn by Marriott and an internship with American Education Group in Vietnam, and they hold a degree from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
