Jeff Souva

Jeff Souva is the National Director of Development and Marketing at Lambda Legal, where they oversee the operations of the development department and directly manage the events and membership teams. With 15 years of experience in non-profit fundraising, Jeff has demonstrated expertise in relationship management, project management, and strategic marketing. Previously, as National Events Director, they grew a national program to generate $5 million annually in revenue while managing 30 major fundraising events. Jeff's career began in community organizations, ultimately focusing on civil rights, and they hold a BA in Sociology with a concentration in Social Inequality from the University of Michigan.
