Marco Chan is currently the Chief of Planning and Program Management at Lambda Legal, where they direct strategic planning for the largest legal advocacy organization in the U.S. dedicated to LGBTQ+ rights. Previously, Marco held several impactful roles, including Policy Advisor for the LGBTQ2 Secretariat at the Government of Canada, where they developed policies related to LGBTQ+ issues. They also served as a Consultant at Bain & Company, executing significant strategy and operations projects. Marco began their advocacy journey early on, co-authoring a white paper as a Research Intern at the GSA Network to promote LGBTQ+ history education in schools. They are a passionate advocate for LGBTQ+ issues, continuously seeking to connect and collaborate with others in the movement.
