Wei-Lun Lai

Wei-Lun Lai has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 2018. They worked as an Extern at Aramark, where they cooked and served food at Bistro 1908 and JMU special events. This role helped develop their communication skills and teamwork, leadership, learning, and work values. They also held the position of Vice President at Lambda Phi Epsilon, where they built relationships with other organizations and hosted events. At James Madison University Hart School, Wei-Lun Lai was in charge of the back of the house and prepared food at the Urban Underground Themed Event. Lastly, they completed an internship at Cosmos Hotel, working in three different departments and learning about hospitality, leadership, and customer relationship management.

Wei-Lun Lai completed their high school education at Tsz-Shiou Senior High School from 2013 to 2015. WEI-LUN then pursued their bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management at James Madison University from 2016 to 2019. During the same period, they also obtained a Business Minor from James Madison University. Currently, Wei-Lun Lai is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Development Economics and International Development at Sophia University, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
