Jitendra Patel

Jitendra Patel has extensive experience in IT management and infrastructure support services. Jitendra is currently working as the Assistant General Manager - IT at Lambda Therapeutic Research, where they oversee multiple company venues in India, US, and Canada. In this role, they have introduced state-of-the-art IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and security services, while also being responsible for implementing and managing IT services, BCP, disaster recovery planning, and robust IT procedures.

Prior to their current position, Jitendra worked at APCER Life Sciences as the Senior Manager IT - Infrastructure Support Services. Jitendra began their career at TECH INDIA as a Senior Technical Engineer, providing L2 and L3 support for IBM, HP, and DELL server and storage. Jitendra played a key role in implementing new projects and configuring domain functions.

Jitendra's early work experience includes serving as the Technical In charge at N-Logue Communication Pvt Ltd., where they maintained servers, network devices, and infrastructure, managed server roles, and installed telecom servers with various platforms.

Jitendra Patel obtained a degree in Information Technology and E-commerce from MSIT between 2000 and 2002. In addition to their degree, they have obtained a certification in Cybersecurity for IT Professionals from LinkedIn in February 2021. Jitendra Patel also has certifications in MCSA: Windows Server 2012 and MCSE: Server Infrastructure from Microsoft, although the specific dates of when they obtained these certifications are not provided.
