Jacob Nelson

Jacob Nelson's work experience begins in 2006 as an Operations Analyst at Midwood Securities, Inc. Jacob then moves on to work as a Sr. Technical Recruiter at Axelon Services Inc from 2007 to 2010. From 2010 to 2011, Jacob works as a Technical Recruiter at Addison Group. Jacob then joins Google as a Sourcer from 2011 to 2012 before transitioning to 10gen (the MongoDB company) as a Recruiter from 2012 to 2013. Jacob returns to Google as a Sourcer from 2013 to 2014 and then works as a Recruiter at Twitter from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, they join Sorted Search as a Principal & Consultant, providing recruiting solutions and support. From 2016 to 2022, Jacob becomes the Recruiting Lead at Eave - Home Lending. Currently, they are working at Lambda as part of the recruiting team, assisting ML teams in building computing platforms for training Neural Networks.
