Landon Clipp

Landon Clipp is a skilled Linux System Administrator and Software Engineer at Jump Trading Group, where responsibilities include managing trading and research infrastructure, spanning system administration, dev ops, software engineering, and systems engineering since January 2019. In addition, Landon serves as Volunteer Chairman for the Ultralight grounds at the EAA Airventure Airshow since July 2017. Previously, at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Landon was involved in the Student Cluster team, competing in the Supercomputing Conference's Student Cluster Competition, and held roles as a Student System Administrator administering the School of Earth, Society, and the Environment's computing cluster, and as a Student Research Programmer at the National Center for Supercomputing Applications. Landon holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an Associate's degree in Engineering Science from Parkland College.
