Matt Schaefer began their work experience in 2005 at Aramark as an Information Technology Specialist. In 2007, they joined eXcell, a division of CompuCom Systems, as an Information Technology Support Specialist, providing support to the Intel Labs team with OS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Matt also provided server, desktop, laptop, and mobile hardware and configuration support, as well as server administration and lab support to the team. In 2010, Matt started working at Intel Corporation as an Information Technology Support Technician. Matt then moved to Lambda in 2022 as a Linux Support Engineer.

Matt Schaefer received an Associate's degree in Information Technology from ITT Technical Institute-Portland. No other education or certifications are provided.
